Today was annual property inspection. Gonzalo The Property maintenance Tech came through and did an excellent job. I work from home therefore itâs important when the maintenance guys in itâs quick; efficient and quiet, Gonzalo did exactly that! I had a couple of questions he was able to answer them. I had a maintenance item that needs to be taken care of, and he said he can come by and take care of it later in the week. Thanks again!

I move-in on Tuesday and the person who help me was Emma she was awesome and has great customer service.She was very helpful and answered all my questions she is very attentive.The apartment it self is great.

Gonzalos (sp?) is always very nice. The other guy also came and was nice. Heâs come before to fix the air. Thank you. Sent me back to this for air issues again. Need maintenance and outside source and both nice. Fixed within 3 days.
