I've lived here for years and it's been great for my family. I don't even want to think about how much they spent renovating the entire place between all of the woodwork and concrete work. Then resurfacing the parking lot (was not a lot of fun for a couple of days). When we had ac trouble they had someone working on it the next day, ended up replacing it on the hvac guys recommendation. And whenever we have had any issues, Nacho and Gonzalo are ON it, pretty sure they have been taking care of this place for decades. If you're not buying a house and plan on renting an apartment, especially if you need to drive west from Corona, I definitely recommend Meadowood.

Today was annual property inspection. Gonzalo The Property maintenance Tech came through and did an excellent job. I work from home therefore it’s important when the maintenance guys in it’s quick; efficient and quiet, Gonzalo did exactly that! I had a couple of questions he was able to answer them. I had a maintenance item that needs to be taken care of, and he said he can come by and take care of it later in the week. Thanks again!

Frequently tow your vehicle without any notice or signage. The excuse they give is “we knocked on your door in the morning to warn you” which according to ring camera footage is a lie. This has happened multiple months in a row to many tenants, not just me. Their amenities consistently malfunction so you can’t wash your laundry for days. Overall unpleasant.

I just moved out after living at Meadowood Apartments for seven years (I needed to move closer to my family). I have nothing but positive things to say about the complex and all the people who work there, including Kristina and Emma in the office and Gonzalo and Nacho on maintenance. The grounds were kept up nicely, maintenance request handled promptly, and there was great communication from the office. I really enjoyed living there and I hope my new complex will be as good.

We started living at Meadowood Apartments back in 2020. Loved the starting rate for rent and overall utilities. Also very very low yearly increase and e doc signs made easy to keep leaving here. We stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 bath 605 Sq for 3.5 years and only had one major damage : kitchen ceiling (due to water damage from rain season). One other barrier we sad was if you live on the Via Santiago side be prepared for random people leaving broken down cars or people living in their cards doing sketchy things (only call the city police for removal; front desk can’t do anything due to the public parking regs of the City of Corona) . Emma the main office assistant was our favorite person to go to when we needed anything and I mean anything .The other staff is nice, but, there was a few times I did just wait for Emma to reply or assist due to professionalism and knowledge. One major thing to note is if you want to decorate/ style your apartment this location is not the place for you ( the property owners ) have not allowed us to express their living styles rather it is a uniform location that even one thing is out of place you will get a notice to remove and call them back to let them know it had been removed. This location as well was very impromptu for inspections and sadly had to take a few days off my work week to make the inspections (thank goodness I was salary exempt employee and had time at work to place down to avoid permissions to enter with our Service Animals). Overall exiting this property we where very happy with our NEIGHBORS, maintenance techs, and main office Emma. I would very much recommend this location for a couple starting out with no kids, singles, and single family’s for the pice and prime time location to get to Riverside, Anaheim, San Bernardino, Lake Elsinore, Temecula and Palm Springs! We will miss this location deeply.

I ALWAYS have an excellent experience with our maintenance team at Meadowood. I don't know which ones help as they often come in quick, get it done and on to the next tenant to care for but I'm SO grateful. I have many stories of gratitude but I'll share the latest. Our dryer went out. I put my request in. One of the guys saw me walking my laundry basket to my car and he knew I had an order pending. He said, you're dryer is out right? I'll send someone today!" (So nice! Right?!) I had an event so I left but by the time I got home, it was fixed. THANKS GUYS! Saved the day... per usual. 😊

That's saying something. They are always kind. Always helpful. Always making their residents a top priority. The grounds are well maintained. The pools are clean. Anything that's urgent they're here immediately. I wish some things they could replace as it is an older "item" and doesn't work as well, or they don't have replacement parts, but that's out of their hands. As well as cleaning ducts can't happen because they're too old. But maintenance doing their jobs with what they have and allowed to do, 100%. 5 stars in every category that is in their hands to do and fix, they do, quickly and efficiently. I feel anything that isn't replaced that needs to be is out of their hands and maybe the Owners just don't want to pay out to replace fixtures, flooring, appliances, etc, perhaps. As they do a band aid on more costly fixes to some things with our apts. Most won't post this concern. I'm willing to because Maintenance as well as the Office personnel that I have talked to and dealt with issues have been prompt and kind. The only problems I have are the same ones other people have within apt living as well as older apts. The outside is slowly improving, but not inside. Hopefully that will start being their next project. I just do not believe the Office at least since I've been here are very nice, professional, and swift to try to help. I've never experienced the "attitude" ever in the office. I feel I need to defend them on posts and talk I have read regarding that. I feel issues that don't get completely fixed is something not getting improved higher up on the chain.

I have lived here for several years. Started with a 2 bedroom to a 3bedroom townhome. The ladies in the office have given me excellent customer service. I deal more with Emma and is very helpful when I have questions and concerns. The maintenance guys are wonderful and also very helpful. I give them all a 2 thumbs up (office/maintenance) The only thing I wish the apartments would be a little more upgraded For example they should have linoleum flooring instead of carpet, easier to maintain verses having to clean the carpet every certain months. Also the faucet and sinks in the kitchen. I highly recommend cameras outside in the parking areas with cars getting broken into.

I lived at Meadowood for just over 2.5 years (2016-2018) and mostly enjoyed my stay. For what I was paying (from $1100 to $1300) the place was a decent value. I didn't have issues with the staff regarding anything and the maintenance team was helpful whenever I needed them. While my apartment was just over 600 sq ft, the amount of interior storage was very impressive, from the huge pantry section to the built-in shelving inside the closet. The washer and dryer were a huge attribute for the unit, as was the balcony that gave me a great view out to the San Gabriel Mountains. Now, all wasn't good for me at Meadowood. I did see some bugs from time to time, such as spiders or silverfish, but it wasn't anything that made me feel like the apartment was infested. Not seeing any roaches is what mattered to me then and still does, so I'm happy I didn't have any of those. While the apartments are definitely older and could use some updating eventually, if you're living in a place at this price point, it has to be understood that it's not going to have as many nice or high quality interior fixtures as more expensive places. I would actually recommend a one-bedroom at Meadowood for an individual or couple that want to live in a place that's cheap, reasonably safe, and close to parks, groceries, and the 91 freeway.

Lived here for 3.5 years now and we enjoy it. I love that all the units have a washer and dryer included with them, very convenient. Staff is friendly and have had minimal problems with neighbors. Occasionally you get dumpster divers because it's not gated but that has posed no threat to anyone. Everyone here keeps to themselves and the price for the area is on point. We have had a positive experience being here.

In my opinion these apprtments are great the management is so understanding and helpful no matter where you go there will be neighbors you dont necessarily get along with or like but that should not reflect on the apartment they have had some unruly people but in all they have been talked to and one of them was forced to move so i feel like they always take care of the problem also veronica in the office is so great definitely am blessed to find this place also very clean no bugs and landscaping is very beautiful and well kept
