My AC went out, and everyone went above and beyond to help me. They were able to get a new AC replacement so quickly. I truly appreciate the management thank you for helping me, it means so much. They always keep the apartments spotless, and Iâm so happy I live here.

I have been living here for almost two years. The girlies at the leasing office are great! Shout out to Emma and Christina! Maintenance guys are so respectful and polite. They are always quick to get to maintenance requests! The community is generally quiet. Plenty of parking. Never have had an issue. Thanks Meadowood Apts!

Meadowood Apartments just sent out a notice reminding residents to take down their Christmas decorations because âthe holiday is over.â Whatâs really over is my patience with this management team. While theyâre busy policing wreaths and string lights, theyâve said nothing about the recent car break-ins and catalytic converter thefts happening right here in the complex. No alerts. No safety updates. No action. Just silence. And when a letter is sent out, they say itâs your problem. Incredible. Itâs embarrassing to live in a place that prioritizes curb appeal over community safety. Residents are being targeted, and management is more concerned with how the property looks than how secure it is. Thatâs not just tone-deaf itâs irresponsible. If Meadowood wants to maintain appearances, maybe they should start by protecting the people who live here. Until then, this place is all sparkle and no substance.
