We started living at Meadowood Apartments back in 2020. Loved the starting rate for rent and overall utilities. Also very very low yearly increase and e doc signs made easy to keep leaving here. We stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 bath 605 Sq for 3.5 years and only had one major damage : kitchen ceiling (due to water damage from rain season). One other barrier we sad was if you live on the Via Santiago side be prepared for random people leaving broken down cars or people living in their cards doing sketchy things (only call the city police for removal; front desk canât do anything due to the public parking regs of the City of Corona) . Emma the main office assistant was our favorite person to go to when we needed anything and I mean anything .The other staff is nice, but, there was a few times I did just wait for Emma to reply or assist due to professionalism and knowledge. One major thing to note is if you want to decorate/ style your apartment this location is not the place for you ( the property owners ) have not allowed us to express their living styles rather it is a uniform location that even one thing is out of place you will get a notice to remove and call them back to let them know it had been removed. This location as well was very impromptu for inspections and sadly had to take a few days off my work week to make the inspections (thank goodness I was salary exempt employee and had time at work to place down to avoid permissions to enter with our Service Animals). Overall exiting this property we where very happy with our NEIGHBORS, maintenance techs, and main office Emma. I would very much recommend this location for a couple starting out with no kids, singles, and single familyâs for the pice and prime time location to get to Riverside, Anaheim, San Bernardino, Lake Elsinore, Temecula and Palm Springs! We will miss this location deeply.
