Always some ghetto/boogie people come in and out of that place. Police are always patrolling the streets in the complex. Lots of car accidents happen there too.

Terrible management Worse place to live and rent prices are ridiculous high. THEY START YOU OFF W A LOW PRICE AND AFTER EVERY YEAR WILL INCREASE BY AT LEAST $100 DOLLARS. Even worse I was only living there for two years and when I moved out I received a bill of $996.00 dollars plus they kept my deposit. They charged us for every thing they did to the apartment and we were only there for two years. When we first moved in the apartment had a really old carpet. This place is a rip off there just there to get your money when you move out. WORSE WORSE WORSE Management ever. DO NOT RENT HERE. PLUS THEY WILL SEND YOU TO COLLECTION WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
