Lived here for 3.5 years now and we enjoy it. I love that all the units have a washer and dryer included with them, very convenient. Staff is friendly and have had minimal problems with neighbors. Occasionally you get dumpster divers because it's not gated but that has posed no threat to anyone. Everyone here keeps to themselves and the price for the area is on point. We have had a positive experience being here.

Good place to live at except when you move out BEWARE they will charge for every speck u left even if u lived there for only 6 months You will have to pay them 1k and up Money hungry owners

Went here to apply, was upfront about my unique situation. They took my application fee money knowing their criteria for approval, and denied me. Sorry not sorry, but there is nothing genuine about this place or the people who work there.
