Pros- I Will admit the Gals in the office Emma & Kristina Work hard to keep this place running great and looking its best. The Maintenance Crew is the best I've seen. They do way more than a maintenance person should do. Big Kudos To Ignacio, Gonzalo, & the new Gent Thomas. They always wave, or say good morning, even when cleaning up after the dirty residents.
Cons- When I originally moved here- this place was full of green grass, & Nice Trees. The landscaping has definitely gone down in a big way. Dead grass, Mud. A New Landscaping could be good.
The Rents- I know rents are high everywhere, but rents are too high. Need to come down 10-20 percent at least. Comps??
Dogs- Must Go. Special needs or not. NO DOGS! we all know No One picks up after their dogs. Watch where you walk.
Kids- Expect them to be in the streets, running around screaming with no common sense. You will be Ding dong ditched!
Conclusion: I wish they'd raise the rental requirements back to before, to help eliminate the rif raff tenants.
The ladies in the office work hard to keep complex full operating, and maintenance crew are rock stars. Looking forward to 2023.
