I've lived here for years and it's been great for my family. I don't even want to think about how much they spent renovating the entire place between all of the woodwork and concrete work. Then resurfacing the parking lot (was not a lot of fun for a couple of days). When we had ac trouble they had someone working on it the next day, ended up replacing it on the hvac guys recommendation. And whenever we have had any issues, Nacho and Gonzalo are ON it, pretty sure they have been taking care of this place for decades. If you're not buying a house and plan on renting an apartment, especially if you need to drive west from Corona, I definitely recommend Meadowood.

Today was annual property inspection. Gonzalo The Property maintenance Tech came through and did an excellent job. I work from home therefore itâs important when the maintenance guys in itâs quick; efficient and quiet, Gonzalo did exactly that! I had a couple of questions he was able to answer them. I had a maintenance item that needs to be taken care of, and he said he can come by and take care of it later in the week. Thanks again!

Iâve never written a review like this before, but people need to know: Meadowood Apartments is not a safe placeâ¦especially for women. The complex itself is rundown and neglected. They call it âthe manager special,â which just means everything is painted over..light switches, outlets, hinges, you name it. The paint peels, the fixtures are outdated, and the apartments feel slapped together. Spiders are everywhere, and theft from patios is common. But none of that compares to the real issue: Gonzalo⦠Gonzalo is a maintenance worker here, and while he may do his job during 9â5, what happens after hours is disturbing. He and his wife sit outside watching residents, including children, tracking who gets out of their cars, who comes and goes. Gonzalo walks the property constantly, not just for work, but to stare into windows, through blinds, and into peopleâs personal space I have seen it myself, my family living here has seen it, and my visiting family has questioned it. As a woman, I feel watched. I feel hunted. I feel unsafe. Every time I step outside, heâs there. Turning his head, breaking his neck to stare. Eyeing me when I walk to my car, when I take out the trash, when I simply exist. Itâs not just uncomfortable, itâs invasive. Itâs creepy. And itâs relentless. ITS INAPPROPRIATE. During inspections, he seemed more interested in finding fault with my unit than addressing the actual problems. The apartment itself is falling apart, yet he nitpicks tenants like heâs on a mission. Iâve never had issues with any other maintenance worker, just him. Definitely not legal to be working after hours either. Iâm afraid to speak to management or ownership because retaliation feels real here. But I shouldnât have to live in fear. I shouldnât have to scan the property before stepping outside. I shouldnât have to feel like Iâm being watched in my own home. If youâre a woman, a parent, or anyone who values privacy and safety, please think twice before moving here. No one deserves to feel this way. At least until this specific man LEAVES. I hope this is brought to the owners attention and really decide how this is doing good for their tenants. Who knows how long this man has been this way and who else he has made uncomfortable. There needs to be a serious discussion with Gonzalo. Edit 09/24/2025: Thank you for your reply, but I respectfully disagree with the way my concerns were dismissed. Longevity in a role does not excuse inappropriate behavior. The fact that this individual has worked here for 20 years makes it even more concerning! how many residents have felt unsafe but stayed silent? My review wasnât about routine maintenance or emergency calls. It was about persistent, invasive behavior that goes far beyond professional duties. Walking the property to check lights is not the same as lingering outside units, watching residents, and staring into windows every time you walk by. Iâve witnessed this firsthand, and so have my family members. Itâs not a one time incidentâ¦itâs a pattern. And itâs not just uncomfortable, itâs threatening. I understand your desire to defend your staff, but ignoring tenant safety concerns, especially those involving women and children, is not professionalism. Itâs negligence. Iâm not the only one whoâs noticed this behavior, and Iâm speaking up because others may be afraid to. I urge ownership and management to take these reports seriously. Safety and privacy should never be compromised, and tenants should never feel watched in their own homes. Edit: 09/28/2025 Now their own team is leaving reviews for themselves thatâs funny. They still are not taking my concerns seriously and that goes to show how they DO NOT take safety concerns seriously. Inspections were 2 weeks ago not 2 days as the most previous review stated, thus itâs incorrect. Shame on this place. Do not stay here! Red flags everywhere trust the reviews that state this place is sketch, because it is. Ignore paid 5 star reviews.

So much shady stuff. Would not bring kids here. Sad the management won't work harder to improve the place.

Frequently tow your vehicle without any notice or signage. The excuse they give is âwe knocked on your door in the morning to warn youâ which according to ring camera footage is a lie. This has happened multiple months in a row to many tenants, not just me. Their amenities consistently malfunction so you canât wash your laundry for days. Overall unpleasant.
